Help Shape a Brighter Future for Children in Chatham-Kent
The Children's Treatment Centre Foundation of Chatham-Kent is seeking passionate community leaders to join our volunteer Board of Directors.
Our Board plays an important role in ensuring children and youth have access to life changing programs and services that are not funded through government healthcare. Through strong governance, strategic leadership, and community advocacy, our directors help the Foundation raise the funds that make this impact possible.
Previous board experience is an asset, but not required.

Looking For
We welcome applications from individuals who are committed to giving back to the Chatham-Kent community. We value diverse perspectives, experiences, and backgrounds, and encourage applicants from all sectors.
Ideal candidates may have experience in:
- Finance or accounting
- Legal or governance
- Healthcare or social services
- Business or entrepreneurship
- Marketing and communications
- Human resources
- Fundraising and community engagement
What Does Being on the Board Involve?
Board Directors serve as volunteers and are expected to:
- Attend approximately 8 to 10 board meetings annually
- Participate on at least one committee
- Support Foundation fundraising initiatives and community events
- Act as ambassadors for the Foundation within the community
- Contribute to the strategic direction and governance of the organization
Board terms are typically three years.
