(CHATHAM, ONTARIO) –  Due to concern for public safety in response to the COVID-19 global pandemic, the Children’s Treatment Centre Foundation and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Chatham-Kent have made the tough decision to reschedule Over the Edge event from June 20, 2020 to June 19, 2021. The Over the Edge Company is rescheduling all events up until the end of June and have moved them into 2021.

The Children’s Treatment Centre Foundation and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Chatham-Kent were set to partner this year to go ‘Over the Edge’ with funds raised from the event to be split between the two non-profits. Plans for the rappellers to go over the front of the Holiday Inn Express in Chatham will continue on the new date of June 19, 2021. Lead sponsor, Lally Auto Group is on board to support again in 2021 with the donation of a new car to one lucky winner who raises $1,000 to participate as a rappeller.
