Mike Genge

President


Mike Genge, a proud resident of the North Shore of Lake Erie for over 30 years, has significantly impacted his community. As a devoted husband, father, and grandfather, Mike's volunteer spirit shines through his work with Shriners, Masons, Women’s Shelter, and local organizations. Renowned for spearheading a $20 million fundraiser for CKHA, earning him Citizen of the Year in 2000, his dedication extends over 25 years in marketing, advertising, and philanthropy.

Currently, as President of the Children's Treatment Centre Foundation of Chatham-Kent, Mike leads a multi-year, $10 million capital campaign and directs the Foundation's fundraising strategy. His expertise in nonprofit organizations, fund development, and strategic planning underscores his role as a skilled and experienced leader in the fundraising industry.

Lisa brings a decade of fundraising experience and a solid background in marketing and communications to the CTC Foundation team. Her expertise encompasses event planning, marketing, and media relations, crucial in developing strong donor connections. Lisa is instrumental in her team's fund development strategy, managing tasks from grant proposals to creating compelling marketing materials. Her role in event planning ranges from development to execution, ensuring each event's success. Additionally, Lisa is dedicated to maintaining and enhancing donor relationships, a key aspect in meeting fundraising targets. Her ability to effectively manage fundraising programs and communicate with key stakeholders makes her an invaluable asset in CTC Foundation.

Lisa, a lifetime resident of Chatham-Kent, is married with two children and in her spare time, she loves to unwind on the golf course.

Passionate about making a meaningful impact in the community, Erin is a dedicated and dynamic professional with a diverse skill set in fundraising, marketing, and grant funding. With a relentless commitment to creating positive change, Erin has forged a career at the intersection of social responsibility and strategic outreach. At the heart of her professional journey is a genuine passion for community engagement. Erin believes in the power of collaboration and inclusivity, fostering connections between organizations, volunteers, and beneficiaries to create a cohesive and supportive community ecosystem.

Throughout her career, Erin has played a pivotal role in executing initiatives that have garnered widespread community awareness and support through her involvement with Up & Running Guelph, Guelph Wish Fund for Children, WE Charity, and most recently the Chatham-Kent Public Library.

As a dedicated dog mom and fun-loving Aunt, Erin spends her free time wandering the trails of Rondeau or enjoying the waters of Lake Erie.
