(CHATHAM, ONTARIO) – The Children’s Treatment Centre Foundation of Chatham-Kent (CTCF) is pleased to announce to appointment of a new board member, Kathy Vandersluis, to their Board of Directors. Vandersluis joined the CTCF Board of Directors in early March.
A long-time resident of Chatham Kent, Vandersluis has worn many hats; dedicated mother to four, attentive office administrator, co-owner of a local construction company and more recent a Wellness and Transformation Coach. She brings an extensive background in volunteer experience, having devoted her time to volunteering in the community in various roles as well as serving on Chatham Christian School Board.
Vandersluis has experienced firsthand on how the Children’s Treatment Centre of Chatham-Kent (CTC) has impacted children in this community, witnessing family members access key services that the CTC provides, and experiencing how much they have grown and benefited from them. Vandersluis is thrilled to join the CTCF Board in continuing with their excellent progress in raising awareness and funds for the CTC, ensuring children and youth from across Chatham-Kent can continue to reach their full potential.
