"As a mom, I will never give up on Kevin. And either will the Children's Treatment Centre."
Margaret Fast

Kevin was a teeny baby when we first brought him to the Children's Treatment Centre.

He was diagnosed at birth with Down's Syndrome. The news turned our world upside down, but as time has passed we now know he is perfect. We wouldn't want him any other way. Kevin is full of life and loves everyone unconditionally. His sweet smile is so contagious that you just have to laugh with him.

With the help of the very special people at the CTC, Kevin learned to roll over, sit and eventually crawl. It wasn't easy for him, but they never gave up on him. More importantly, he never gave up.

Thank you to everyone who supports the Children's Treatment Centre with your donations.
With your help Kevin has benefited from Speech and Language Therapy, Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy. We are now hoping to get him into the Life Links program that enables kids to learn life skills and interact with a social group outside the family.

Please donate and help other special kids find joy in life.
Because of Kevin's determination, we have learned to never give up easily and to have faith and see the beauty in everything.

Every Gift Makes an Impact

Your donation to the CTC Foundation's Mother's Day campaign will be used to offer important therapy for children with special needs in our community. More than 1 in 5 children in Chatham-Kent benefiting from Children's Treatment Centre services. We never stop building programs to help children who need us.

Last year, we helped over 4,400 families of children with special needs.
If a child needs physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy or testing and assistance with hearing…we are here to help.

And let's not forget dance and music therapy!
When a child who is limited by physical challenges experiences the special delights of music and dance, there is no greater joy. These therapies are specially funded only by money raised by the CTC Foundation.

Please give what you can to help local kids with special needs.
Mothers, Fathers, Grandparents and Caregivers who see every type of CTC therapy that help their child enjoy life more thank you, too.
