Festival of Giving will Rock the Block this summer

CHATHAM ONTARIO (April 13, 2022) –  On June 25, 2022, the Children’s Treatment Centre Foundation will host its annual Festival of Giving virtually with a summer event, “Rock the Block”. Break-out the grill, blender and gather your family for an exciting evening in your own backyard, with entertainment, fun and a few surprises! The CTC Foundation is planning for a virtual event, while still raising important funds needed for the Children’s Treatment Centre.

Tickets for the event go on sale April 20, for $175 and include $100 tax receipt, $75 worth of certificates to use locally and a chance to win a Grand Prize Dream Trip valued at $7,500 by Vellinga Travel & Cruise Experts or the cash prize! Local certificates will be from Bayside Brewing Co., Sons of Kent Brewing, Red Barn Brewing Co., Schinkels’ Gourmet Meats, Tim Horton’s, Erieau Marina, and Swiss Chalet in Wallaceburg. Silent auction items will be available to bid on the week prior to the event and exciting Live auction items to bid on the evening of the event. Guests are invited to enjoy an evening of entertainment and fun, all from the comfort of their home.

“We would like to thank Teksavvy our lead sponsor for supporting the Festival of Giving, along with the many other sponsors.” Mike Genge, Foundation President. “When you buy a ticket you not only get a great value with the FOG party bag and a chance at a grand prize, but you are supporting our kids and families at the same time.”

1 in 5 children in Chatham-Kent are helped at the Children’s Treatment Centre of Chatham-Kent. Support from this event will help ensure that the Centre can continue providing specialized care and therapy to the children in Chatham-Kent, so that children of all abilities can reach their full potential.
