CTC-CK Launches Holiday Campaign: Double Your Impact with Your Donation.

CHATHAM, ON, Dec 4, 2023 – The Children’s Treatment Centre Foundation of Chatham-Kent (CTC-CK) is excited to announce the launch of its annual holiday campaign, dedicated to transforming the lives of children in need through the impact of therapy and services. Thanks to two generous community members, the first $10,000 in donations made before December 31, 2023 will be matched! This means that your continued kindness will have double the impact, doubling the hope, care, and opportunities provided for the kids.

The campaign shares the heartwarming story of 4-year-old Jameson, a youngster with a passion for music, dancing, and forming new friendships. Jameson’s journey, supported by CTC-CK, began when his mother, Ashleigh, noticed early signs such as walking on tip-toes and speech delays. Seeking assistance from CTC-CK proved to be a turning point for their family.

Ashleigh expressed gratitude, saying, “I truly appreciate everyone at the Children’s Treatment Centre who helped us initially identify Jameson’s needs and who still support me today.”

From initial diagnosis to ongoing therapy sessions, Jameson and his family found invaluable support through CTC-CK’s network of therapists, social workers, and similarly situated families. Programs such as Summer Play Dates have provided vital support for children and a platform for parents to connect.

Your contribution to this campaign directly impacts children like Jameson, ensuring continued access to essential services and life-changing experiences for families within our community.

“Join us in making a difference this holiday season by supporting our campaign. Your generosity will light up the lives of these remarkable children and help them reach their unique potential,” says Mike Genge, President of the Foundation. “Thanks to the incredible kindness of two donors, your donation will now make double the impact.”

The Children’s Treatment Centre Foundation of Chatham-Kent encourages everyone to participate and give a gift that gives back to local children this holiday season. For more information on how to get involved or make a donation, visit https://ctcf-ck.com/2023-holiday-campaign/
